Here are the rules.
1) You must swim for 30 days strait not missing a single day.
2) You must swim a recognizable swim stroke.
3) You must swim for a minimum of 20 minutes pool or open water. If the water temperature is below 20C then you must swim for one minute for every degree C. i.e. if the water is 9C then you swim for 9 minutes.

Mine starts tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes.

Sorry I put it in there because just floating for 20 min wouldn't count. So I guess it should read "You must be actively swimming."

    Cool link though thanks.
  • Sounds like fun! I'm in!

Excellence is born of preparation, dedication, focus and tenacity; compromise on any of these and you become average.

Must the stroke be one of these 150 different strokes?

I work at a pool and have seen a good many of those strokes, but had no idea they were actual, documented strokes...I thought those people were still trying to figure out swimming. :\">

Maybe a recognizable stroke could be defined as "you are swimming in your intended direction.... and not drowning".

It's always a bad hair day when you work at a pool.
