pickledjellyfishheads.jpg These were at a fish market in Guangzhou, China. No, they didn't taste like chicken. Not my favorite, but eating them gave me a little satisfaction. :)

    Not sure I'd be game for that but Uni is delicious after a run in with a sea urchin on a reef once!

    I think it's Rob D. that has a no seafood policy. Something about Karma, seems to be working for him.

    Uni is delicious! Much easier to get when we lived near San Luis Obispo. Here in Michigan, it's on the menu at my favorite place, but they're always out. Hard to source, I guess.
