Announcing LongSwims Event Reviews - like Yelp for marathon swimming

In light of recent discussions around poor service and high fees from certain organizations, some have suggested that it might be useful if there was some sort of online platform to collect reviews and ratings from swimmers about pilots, associations, and race organizers. Like "Yelp for Marathon Swimming," as one Facebook commenter mentioned.

It seemed like the simplest way to do this was to build a survey right into the existing event results pages in the LongSwims Database. So, here ya go:
