Tita LLorens becomes first swimmer to swim from Spain to Ibiza (90km)

Menorcan swimmer Tita LLorens became the first swimmer to swim from Spain (Javea) to Ibiza (Cala Colodar), a distance of 90km (56 miles). English Channel rules. The swim started at 7am on Thursday and was completed at 7:30PM Friday June 27th, a total of 36.5 hours. This was Tita's third attempt. She'll definitely have reason to celebrate when she turns 50 in a couple of weeks. Congrats Tita, amazing feat.
