MOWSA and the BLS have a new home on the internets!

Elaine Howley​​ worked hard to put this together. It looks great and should be user friendly. The BLS is now within the MOWSA website. This is where you will go to find the link to sign up for the 2018 BLS lottery starting March 1st.
