South End Cook Shack….July 16th @ 9-11am

I have agreed to help organize this happening because I feel there is something very big about marathon swimming….there is a powerful personal transformation that happens as a result of this journey…it changes the marathon swimmer in profound ways.

I have asked marathon swimmers Suzie Dods, Cameron Bellamy, Simon Dominguez & Evan Morrison to help me moderate this discussion. We will be discussing the process from beginning to end with the help of marathon swimmers, aspirants, support crew and those that are just starting to think about it. All South Enders, Dolphin Club member and their guests are welcome to attend.

Let’s meet on Sunday , July 16st 9-11am @ the South End Cook Shack to discuss this noble journey…should be fun!!!

    The "film crew" is in Tahoe..
    but there is you tube of the one we did 2 years ago.. it's on Sharko's fb page..
