Did this today, had a blast, and didn't hurt myself too badly Super well organized given there were more than double the number of swimmers in the water as any previous year. Definitely worthwhile to map out the bridges beforehand as a mental course reference, as they are NOT evenly spaced!

I agree with you about mapping the bridges. However, that 4-mile bridge-less span from Swan Island to the railroad bridge near the end is a BEAST! You can see it, but it NEVER gets closer.
