Comments
The Roster this year as of mid April has grown to seven Swimmer Scouts with room for three more, We are especially looking for international participants in this international swim to promote a more open border with our Canadian friends. Here's the current Roster:
1 Shannon Keegan Talent OR
2 Nathaniel Dean Arlington MA
3 Laura Collette Gloucester MA
4 Devon Clifford New Rochelle NY
5 Mark Smitherman Clearwater FL
6 Kate Howell Healdsburg CA
7 Emily Evans Flagstaff AZ
I'd love to do this - maybe next year.....
I was there as a coach/trainer in 1997 and 1998 for Bambi Bowman. It's an awesome race. Too bad the pro full-length marathon is gone. (Too much of a hassle for many of the foreign swimmers to get US visas.)
