Today is Stage 6, The Palisades. 21 swimmers will swim 15.7 miles from the Tappan Zee Bridge to the George Washington Bridge.

FYI @pavlicov's tracker is stale - I assume she is up there with the bulk of the field. It's tough to troubleshoot these issues from California.
The benefit of using each swimmer's phone as a tracker is that it's free (as opposed to renting a SPOT for everyone)... the downside is that it's more error-prone.
Today is our 7th and final stage: Stage 7, Liberty. 13 swimmers, including one two-person relay, will swim 18.1 miles from the George Washington Bridge to the Verrazano Bridge.

I think last week was about the most fun I've had with a swim in which I wasn't a participant. It was very close to being a "spectator" sport event. Like watching the Tour de France with an app, except it was people I knew enduring something I can (almost) understand. Awesome job! Thank you both for your efforts toward improving our sport!!
